Maritime Intelligence Platform with RAG-Based LLM

THE CHALLENGE

The maritime industry relies on vast regulatory documentation, vessel specifications, and operational manuals spread across thousands of PDFs and legacy systems. Crews and operators needed instant, accurate answers from this corpus — but generic LLMs hallucinated on domain-specific maritime terminology and couldn't handle the scale of documentation.

OUR SOLUTION

We built a RAG-based LLM platform that ingests, chunks, and embeds 50K+ maritime documents into a vector store. A custom retrieval pipeline with domain-aware reranking ensures answers are grounded in source documents. The fine-tuned model understands maritime terminology, regulatory frameworks, and vessel-specific contexts with 96.2% accuracy.
