Phase 2 of String Browser aimed to transform it from a passive browsing window into an intelligent system that performs tasks on behalf of the user. Users needed automation for daily workflows — meeting management, financial tracking, content summarization, link safety checks — across desktop, mobile, and a Chrome extension. The challenge was building a modular agent framework that could interpret natural-language prompts, route to specialized agents, handle multi-step reasoning, and maintain context across conversations, all while integrating with the existing browser and token ecosystem.
We built a modular AI agent framework centered on a Super Agent that routes user prompts to specialized Action Agents. The Super Agent serves as a single chat entry point with natural-language input, automatic task delegation, and clarifying question generation. Action Agents handle automated meeting management with full calendar sync, live price tracking for up to 20 items with instant alerts, real-time financial and crypto insights, fast summaries of videos and long-form content, and a security scanner detecting phishing and unsafe links. The system includes smart memory rules, saved chats, slash-commands, and dynamic suggestions. We also built a Chrome extension for lightweight access, a complete admin dashboard for agent management and performance analytics, and full integration with the native browser's token farming and Web3 features.
